PRODUCT INFORMATION:
- Industrial Confectionary Coating Pan / Mixer
APPLICATION:
"An Industrial Confectionary Coating Pan Mixer is widely used in the confectionery and pharmaceutical industries for coating and mixing various products like nuts, chocolates, candies, and tablets. In the confectionery sector, this equipment is essential for applying uniform coatings of sugar, chocolate, and other substances to products such as chocolate-covered nuts, jelly beans, and other candies. The rotating action of the pan ensures even distribution of coatings, resulting in a smooth and consistent finish. This process is crucial for maintaining product quality and aesthetics, particularly in high-volume production environments."
"The benefits of using an Industrial Confectionary Coating Pan Mixer include increased efficiency and improved product quality. These mixers can handle large batches, significantly speeding up the production process compared to manual methods. The controlled environment within the mixer allows for precise management of the coating process, ensuring that each piece receives a consistent coating thickness. Additionally, these machines are designed with food safety standards in mind, often constructed from stainless steel for easy cleaning and maintenance, thus minimizing the risk of contamination. This versatility and efficiency make coating pan mixers an invaluable asset in both confectionery and pharmaceutical manufacturing?."

The V blender is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing and lubrication process of dry powders homogeneously. Approximately two-thirds of the mixers volume is filled to ensure proper mixing. The V blender gives best results for powders with its V-shaped container and a suitable medium speed for mixing.
With V Mixers, the powder gravitate downwards due to its V-shaped container allowing sufficient and continuous blending. Suitable mainly for powders & granular-type materials, V Mixers produce high-quality blending and lubrication of granules.
Suitable for dry mixing of products in powder form.
The V-shaped container allows free movement of granules to produce high-quality blending.
Safe operation of unit ensured with design.
Manual rotating facility with hand wheel for inching.
Particle size reduction is minimized due to the absence of any moving blades. The shape of blender body results in a near complete discharge of product material, clearly an added advantage over horizontal blender.
The V Mixer is ideal for blending dry powders and granulated products.
