- Unit Type: Vibratory Sieve
- Make: DAHAN Screening Equipment
- Model: DH-1200-3S
- Date of Manufacture: 2021
FEATURES:
- Stainless Steel construction
APPLICATIONS:
"A vibratory sieve, also known as a vibrating screen or vibro sifter, is used for separating and classifying materials based on particle size. This equipment is essential in various industries, including food processing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and mineral processing, where precise particle size distribution is critical for product quality. By utilizing vibrations generated by a motor, the sieve effectively sorts particles, allowing smaller ones to pass through the mesh while larger ones are retained or moved to different parts of the screen for further processing or removal."
"In addition to particle size separation, vibratory sieves play a crucial role in removing impurities and foreign particles from products, enhancing overall quality and safety. They are also employed in liquid-solid separation processes, such as wastewater treatment, and in de-dusting operations to remove fine dust particles from bulk materials. The versatility and efficiency of vibratory sieves make them valuable for both batch and continuous processing setups, accommodating various types of materials from powders to granular substances?."

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
[1] AZO SEPARATOR
Application:
In pneumatic conveying systems for safely feeding processing machines in the food industry, plastics industry and chemistry with granular and powdery bulk materials. The bulk material feed can e.g. B. from a sack, barrel, container or silo. The separator types A... are used for discontinuous suction conveying systems, suction flow and suction pulse systems as individual separators, each with a separate blower. They are installed on the machine hopper of the processing machine and are used to separate the bulk materials.
Execution:
Filter with compressed air cleaning. Outlet with compressed air-operated outlet flap and expansion filter, including delivery and clean air connection and electronic control or connection control for PLC. Fastening to the customer's machine funnel using screws. Parts in contact with the product made of stainless steel, surfaces bright-rolled, weld seams ground.
Working principle:
By switching on the fan, it creates negative pressure, whereby the bulk material is sucked from the product feed point into the separator via the conveyor line. After the delivery time has elapsed, the outlet flap opens and the material flows out. If the level monitoring in the following container reports further demand, a new conveying cycle begins.
The sequence control is carried out by a freely programmable or electronic control. The respective operating status is displayed on the electronic control.
[2] AZO DOSING SCREW:
Precise Conveying & Dosing of Bulk Materials:
AZO's dosing screws provide both continuous and intermittent conveying and metering of bulk materials through conveying lines, scales, and more. These units are suitable for handling nearly all kinds of bulk ingredients in the food and beverage, plastics, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
The Benefits You Can Expect:
The AZO dosing screw features a high-quality nickel chromium design and a sturdy construction that can handle vibrations in operations. Other advantages of the system include:
- The convenience of a pneumatically operated shutoff valve
- Fast and easy installation through a slotted-hole flange
- Customizable screw length for unique installations
- High output in coarse-feed operations
- The highest dosing accuracy in fine-feed operations
- A modular design that supports easy integration
- Quick-release clamps that allow for easy inspection and cleaning
How AZO's Dosing Screw Works:
The bulk material first enters the screw housing through the product inlet. From there, the material is transferred to the screw outlet. An integrated variable frequency control device allows for precise feeding, metering, and weighing operations. When the set weight is reached, the screw outlet is pneumatically closed. This ensures precision and accuracy during operation while minimizing errors.
