This machine is used to extract the bundle of steel wires from the inner opening of the remaining tyre after strip cutting.

Place the inner opening of the tire between the two rollers of the machine, feed it from the lower part, run opposite to each other through the two rollers, and separate the rubber coated on the outer layer from the steel wire. The gap between two rollers can be adjusted reasonably according to the tyres processed, and the lead screw bolts can be adjusted.

Frequently check the gear engagement in the gearbox. The middle limit plate of the front and rear axle seats can be adjusted and replaced according to the situation if necessary. Generally the gap between the two rollers at the inner port of R20 is 9-10mm, and each belt port is treated for about 1 minute.
